At Camomila Botanicals (OPC) Pvt Ltd, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for returns

Due to the nature of botanical and consumable products, we accept returns only under the following conditions: 

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. 

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 

Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable: 

• Opened or used products. 

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling. 

• Products returned after the specified return window. 

• Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged).  

3. Return request process

Include the following details in your email: 

• Order ID 

• Product name 

• Reason for return 

• Clear images or videos showing the issue 

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. 

• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. 

• Refunds typically take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. 

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Replacements

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement products will be shipped after the returned item is received and verified.

6. Cancellation policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. 

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Damaged during transit

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or video. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

8. Final decision

Camomila Botanicals (OPC) Pvt Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision on all refunds, returns, and replacements after proper verification.
